Form cues
- Arm at your side, palm in; reach the fingertips tall as you rotate up
- Circle the arm back and around as if tracing the outside of a clock
- Move only as far as the shoulder owns today — no shrugging into range
Common errors
- ✗ Leaning the torso to gain range
- ✗ Rushing the arc
