1. What Kalyra is

Kalyra is a fitness and wellness platform providing exercise programming. It is not a medical service, does not provide medical advice, and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition.

2. Your responsibilities

• Answer the health screening honestly — it exists for your safety.
• Consult a qualified professional before starting exercise if you have any medical condition, are pregnant or postpartum, or have been inactive.
• Stop immediately if you experience chest pain, dizziness, sharp pain, or any concerning symptom, and seek appropriate care.

3. Assumption of risk

Physical exercise carries inherent risk of injury. By using Kalyra you voluntarily accept those risks to the extent permitted by law. Our liability, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, is limited to the amount you paid us (currently zero).

4. Intellectual property

The Kalyra brand, content, exercise library, and generated programming remain our property. Your personal plan is yours to use personally. Don't resell or republish our content wholesale.

5. Availability & changes

The service is provided "as is". We may change or discontinue features. Material changes to these terms will be flagged on this page.
