Form cues

  • Step one foot forward, hinge over that leg with a long spine
  • Reach toward the toe only as far as the hamstring allows today
  • Return tall and switch sides — this is a mobility hinge, not a stretch hold

Common errors

  • ✗ Rounding the back to reach farther
  • ✗ Bouncing at the bottom
