Form cues

  • Stand a foot from a wall, feet hip-width; push your hips back toward it
  • Touch the wall with your hips, keep your weight mid-foot
  • Return by driving the hips forward, not by arching the back

Common errors

  • ✗ Bending the knees into a squat
  • ✗ Letting the chest drop without hip travel

How Kalyra programs it

Trains the hinge pattern through hamstrings and glutes with a clear rep target and progression path — one of the fundamental movements a balanced plan is built from.

Typically 2–4 sets of 8–12 reps.

Text guidance only — demonstration media has not been produced yet.
